With the new season here, it’s a good time to finally get out of the house, spend some time in the fresh air, get some vitamin D, and maybe even go for a bike ride. We know what with a busy work schedule it’s sometimes difficult to get out and enjoy the sun, but with spring just around the corner, try to work out your schedule to get that extra time outside.
