I would try to lose weight but nothing seemed to work. even tried personal training but the weight wasn’t coming off and I was getting really discouraged. When the scale hit 250 lbs, I knew I had to do something. I had heard of lap-band and knew it was something I was interested. I was finally ready for a tool to help me in my weight loss struggle but I knew it wouldn’t be a miracle cure. I researched with my family and chose DayOne and Dr Elli.
